Focused Network

A Focused Child Care Network is a cohort of child care providers who come together to receive special training, coaching, support, and technical assistance around a specific topic.

What Are the Requirements for Participants?

Participants will attend one required activity each month for the duration of the network, including trainings , meetings, and visits to your program site. There may also be occasional assignments related to child care, Spark, or curriculum. Additionally, participants must commit to active involvement for the duration of the Networks.

What Does Consist of?

  • Peer learning focused; share successes, tips, challenges and get feedback from other early learning professionals

  • Meet monthly via Zoom for 1.5 hours: 1 hour training and 30 minute meeting

  • Monthly 1:1 follow up sessions your FCCN Coordinator— done via email, text, Zoom, or in person, whatever fits your needs

  • Meetings count as training in ORO

  • Participants receive extra materials; curriculum resources, classroom supplies, books, etc.

Participation is free and all members receive one-on-one coaching, training, and support funds to enhance their curriculum and environment. Members meet monthly to learn from each other, attend classes, and build a supportive community.
