CCR&R Class Registration
CCR&R is now offering Exempt, Registered Family, Certified Family and Privately owned Certified Center Providers Free trainings.
Training Guidelines and Rules
1. Please do not share class links with others, as the link you receive is for the person who has registered. Links go out the day of the class by 1:00pm.
2. Be aware you must register the day before the training to be guaranteed a link the day of the class. If it is the day of the class, we will do our best to get the link to you but cannot make a guarantee.
3. When logging into the training use your full legal name and county in the chat box.
4. Please make sure your email address is updated in ORO this is where the training link will be sent.
5. If you registered and do not receive a link to the class by 2:00pm, the day of the class, please contact ccrr@umchs.org or (541)564-6878 for assistance, before 3:30pm.
6. If you have trouble, the night of the class, logging in or with other technical issues, please email the person who sent you the class link. They will be available for the first 15 mins to provide supports as needed.
7. These trainings are for Exempt, Registered Family, Certified Family and Privately owned Certified Centers only. These trainings are for the Preschool Promise Grantees within our network only.
8. If you are or work in a Federal or State funded program, please see your supervisor for your training needs.
9. If you have signed up for an online training and cannot make it, please email us by 3:00pm the day of the class.
10. If you sign up for an in-person class and cannot make it you need to let us know by 3:00 pm the day before the class. We have to have a certain number of participants to hold a training.
11. You or your employer must be in our Find Childcare system to participate. If you are not, we can add you to the system if needed.
12. These classes are for Union, Umatilla and Morrow counties only. All other counties must contact their local CCRR.

14. After the training is held, and you are verified as attending & participating, your hours are validated directly into your ORO account.
Online classes: Your local CCR&R (counties: Umatilla, Union and Morrow) classes have moved from a Zoom platform to a TEAMS platform. You will need to download TEAMS app (through Microsoft) unto your tablet or your phone. For your computer, you should be able to click on the link to join the class. We will send the TEAMS link to you the day of the class.
Clases en línea: sus clases locales de CCR&R (condados: Umatilla, Union y Morrow) se han trasladado de una plataforma Zoom a una plataforma TEAMS. Deberá descargar la aplicación TEAMS (a través de Microsoft) en su tableta o teléfono. Para su computadora, debería poder hacer clic en el enlace para unirse a la clase. Le enviaremos el enlace de TEAMS el día de la clase.
