Teamwork: Cheryl has been such a help this month while the AM teacher assistant has been out with an injury. She has taken a stressful situation and made it manageable by helping others any way she can. She has set the tables without being asked by the AM teacher, she has ridden the bus for the AM teacher to take kids home as well as riding her own teacher's routes, and she has covered for a field trip for the AM teacher assistant. She has really taken the initiative to be there when she is most needed despite the extra work it is for her. |

Leadership: Even with her own busy schedule, Cheryl has managed to lighten the load of others and gladly help while one of our team has been out with an injury. She stepped forward without prompting, and before anyone else did to cover while the AM teacher assistant is out. She has kept up with the demands of her own position and has willingly taken on the duties of another.
Outstanding Performance for the Month Nominated: Staff have really appreciated Cheryl's positive "can do" attitude and her support when a crisis has risen. She has shown she really cares how the day is going for others and is willing to lend a hand anywhere she is needed.
Cheryl's willingness to lend a hand allowed me to avoid having to ask for a sub to cover the AM teacher assistant and has also allowed others to do their own jobs. |
