Teamwork: Ruby has altered her schedule, coming in early many mornings to accommodate the needs of the center and cover for sick staff. She has moved her lunch break as needed and is always willing to do whatever needs to be done to help the center run smoothly. Ruby is very good at communicating events of the day so all staff and parents feel that they are "in the loop". She is a busy worker, always looking for what else can be done. |

Leadership: Ruby is a person who always works hard and wants to do things correctly. She continually pushes herself to build more skills and further understand and become competent in the Teacher role. Ruby has an outstanding work ethic and demonstrates a very positive attitude with children, families and staff.
Ruby has been the pillar keeping our center afloat this month. We have had two very sick staff either on sick leave or functioning below normal levels. Ruby not only picked up the slack but followed up on lesson plans, next months paperwork, helped with month-end documentation, kept on top of safety drills being completed on time and responded to children's individual needs.
We are very fortunate to have such a hard working, positive and considerate person to work with. Many have leaned on Ruby significantly this month and don't know what they would have done without all of |

her help. She truly goes above and beyond her job description on a regular basis and this was particularly highlighted this September!
