Congratulations Erin Bartsch!!! Ed Manager - Hawthorne Center
Teamwork: Erin has worked with Stanfield school district and with the Stanfield team to help ensure the continued quality of services to children and families in the absence of a regular teacher over the past few months. She has also worked with other co-workers and supervisors to ensure that supervision of her other centers has also continued despite spending a significant amount of time in the classroom at Stanfield.
Leadership: Erin has effectively coached and mentored the Stanfield team and has worked well with the ESD as we have moved into a collaborative effort in that classroom. Erin has effectively demonstrated leadership skills by setting an example as the classroom teacher, while also allowing for professional development and increased responsibilities for the other team members. Outstanding Performance for the Month Nominated: Erin has done an outstanding job of filling in and ensuring the continued quality of services in the Stanfield classroom, while also effectively juggling her other numerous job responsibilities in the other sites that she supervises. Erin stays very busy running around to different sites as an Education Manager and has also been filling in when and where she is needed. She always greets people with a
smile and is a great example of how to make the best out of any situation! Thank you Erin!!!
