Teamwork: Jennifer is a wonderful team member. She helps her co-workers out when ever they need help. She always has a smile on her face and displays a positive attitude. Jennifer is very engaging and friendly towards her co-works and visitors to the center.

Leadership: Jennifer displayed leadership qualities when her TA was out. She took over extra duties in the classroom and took over bus monitoring duties while her assistant was out. Jennifer has been very helpful assisting our new teacher in Umatilla learn his responsibilities and different aspects of his job. She takes on leadership responsibilities in organizing the center/parent meetings.
Outstanding Performance for the Month Nominated: Jennifer has been wonderful in the month of December helping her families with social service needs. She helped connect them with resources in the Umatilla Community. She has also done an excellent job in her classroom in leading her students in small group activities. She also does a super job in maintaining her student files. They are always well organized and the documentation is excellent. |
