Teamwork: Mike has been out every month fixing computers at centers, the main office, and assisted at WIC in Milton-Freewater to immediately get their computers at their new location. He assisted with our annual report calendar with several new graphs this year and changed it several times. He also assisted with graphics for our grant.

Leadership: Mike has taken a great role in training the new Technology Assistant to work on PCs. He did a great training for staff on GroupWise and other software. He put a lot of prep work into the training which modeled being prepared!
Outstanding Performance for the Month Nominated: He took charge of the Annual Report Calendar being very creative and made several last minute changes cheerfully in order to get it done on time. It will make us all proud when it is distributed to our boards and funders.
Since July 18th, Mike has assisted Dan Daltoso in getting pictures of Victory Square updated on a weekly basis, twenty-three straight weeks and counting. These pictures are enjoyed by staff at Head Start, W.C. Construction, Pinnacle Architecture and many of their friends and family. If a week goes by that the pictures have not been updated, I usually get an email from someone at W.C. Construction asking me |

what happened. I then have to get Mike and hustle out there to get the pictures for the week. Mike does this without any complaint.
Mike's expertise in graphics, lay out, and other technology make our agency look very professional!
