Congratulations Amber Rittenbach!!!
Teamwork: Amber is a great team player in her class as well as in the whole center. She has gone the extra mile to help with coverage while many were sick. She has helped her teaching team to be the best they could be by supporting their ideas and efforts, and providing support to become better.
Leadership: Amber is a great model to her TA’s as to how a great class should look. Her lesson plans/themes are well developed and meet the standards of HS. She puts in a lot of effort and goes beyond to make her class educational and exciting for the children. Outstanding Performance for the Month Nominated: Amber has gone beyond the necessary in working with her TA’s. She is a great role model and a hard worker who has continued to help her TA’s to be the best. Amber makes the classroom a fun and exciting place to be. She is very creative with her themes and ideas. She spends a lot of her own time making CD’s of songs for each theme that is going on in the classroom. She invests a lot of herself in the classroom. She has helped build children’s self esteem by having a sharing time where each child can share a song, story or something special from home. Children who would not talk in class are now excited to get up and share.
